Recentemente entrei no site da HP para “tirar satisfação” quanto ao artigo aquele (ver entrada “Ainda Há Esperança“), uma vez que quero poder rodar Linux no meu notebook ZE5375US. E finalmente tive alguns resultados animadores!

No meio da conversa sem querer acionei o ESC e interrompi o cliente do chat, mas a guria que estava me atendendo continuou enviando informações. Como elas podem ser úteis para mais alguém, cito a transcrição da minha conversa com a atendente da HP.
